HON’BLE BCCCI PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

It is a great honor to serve as the President for BCCCI. The good reputation and strength of the BCCCI Chamber has been built by dynamic and inspiring individuals throughout the Chambers’ 25 year history, and I am proud to know that I stand on the shoulders of many true well-wisher of the organization. I am passionate about how the Chamber serves its members and will strive to achieve excellence in professionalism to be Voice of the Business community in both Bangladesh and China.

Our strength lies in our wide network of businesses personals in large business community of Bangladesh and China. Our member-businesses are an accurate sampling of the local and international business opportunities; Tapping into our network gives one a true ‘pulse’ on what’s happening on business environment of both the country, as our members are living, working, building, manufacturing, recreating, and socializing in their own respective business sectors.

There are tremendous opportunities and scopes raised after the visit of honorable Chinese President Mr. Xi Jingping in the year 2016. We are witnessing the coming of age of the largest development projects ever took place in Bangladesh: As a nation, we are born fighters, so is our business community. Indeed, they are a perfect match with the Chamber’s own values and initiatives. We will be working hard to attract and integrate more professionals into our network to help lead the future of Business Community. I am looking forward to leading our organization through a re-branding process culminating in a new ‘look and feel’ for Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Very importantly, we have just finished the successful election for the tenure 2017-2019. We will be focusing on engaging in the process on behalf of our members by comparing the various party’s platforms to our member’s needs, as reflected in our adopted policies. We will be taking our member’s views to the chamber and upcoming business prospects and finding where they stand on issues important to us.
